KINOUGARDE leader de la garde d’enfants à domicile en français et en Anglais.

COMPLETUDE, est le n°2 spécialiste du soutien scolaire (cours particuliers à domicile, stages en petits groupes et cours en ligne).

Dans le cadre de son développement et d’une stratégie de croissance externe, le groupe structure son Service Ressources Humaines et recherche un (e) Assistant (e) RH en contrat d’apprentissage auprès de nos intervenants Amelis (auxiliaire de vie)

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Ressources Humaines, ce poste permettra de l’assister sur l’ensemble du périmètre de la fonction ressources humaines:

  • Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel (établissement des contrats de travail, départ d’un collaborateur…) ;
  • Contrôler l'application des obligations légales et réglementaires

Cette description reprend les principales missions. Elle n’est pas limitative.

  • Alternance sur 1 an;
  • Rémunération : selon barème ;
  • Prime de participation
  • Amplitude de travail : du lundi au vendredi
  • Angers entre le stade de foot Raymond Kopa et espace Anjou.

Qualifications

  • Etudiant à partir de Bac+2 validé, formation liée aux RH de préférence
  • Première expérience au sein d’un Service Ressources Humaines
  • Facilité à communiquer tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Organisé, rigoureux et autonome
