Kinougarde, leader de la garde d’enfants à domicile, recrute pour accompagner son expansion.

Notre mission : proposer des solutions aux parents et aux nounous qui recherchent une garde.

Description du poste

Le poste proposé permet de se projeter dans la durée en alliant vie personnelle et professionnelle :

  • Basé à Nice en plein centre-ville accessible en transport en commun arrêt Grimaldi
  • Contrat à Durée Indéterminée
  • Amplitude de travail : du lundi au vendredi de 9h00-18h00.
  • Temps de travail au choix du salarié : 35h, 37h30 ou 40h hebdo
  • Tickets restaurant (9€/jour travaillé, 60% pris en charge par l'entreprise), prestations du CSE
  • Fixe + Primes individuelles motivantes + Prime de participation
  • Mutuelle d'entreprise

Vos missions

Après une solide formation initiale, votre responsable vous accueille au sein de l'agence et vous accompagne au quotidien.

En fonction de votre progression et de vos attentes, vos missions seront de plus en plus variées :

  • présélectionner les candidats par téléphone,
  • réaliser les entretiens de recrutement en face à face,
  • affecter les gardes d’enfants,
  • accompagner nos nounous durant toute la durée de la prestation,

Qualifications

Titulaire d’un bac +2, avec ou sans expérience, vous souhaitez vous épanouir dans un poste gratifiant.

Vous voulez vous investir dans une structure à taille humaine, soucieuse de développer les compétences de ses collaborateurs et qui privilégie la promotion interne.

Vous aimez le challenge et vous possédez une aisance au téléphone.

Vous recherchez un poste commercial sédentaire avec des horaires fixes.

Vos qualités d’écoute, votre sourire et votre dynamisme vous permettent de créer des échanges interactifs et chaleureux avec vos interlocuteurs.

Vous êtes très à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
