Tasks and Qualifications:

Ihre Aufgaben: ​

  • Sie verantworten den Aufbau bzw. die Weiterentwicklung der Prozessmanagementstrukturen und -systemen
  • Das umfasst u.a. die Aufnahme, Dokumentation und laufende Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, ebenso deren Modellierung, Analyse und Messung
  • Darüber hinaus identifizieren Sie Potenziale zur Automatisierung von Prozessen und initiierst die Umsetzung daraus abgeleiteter Projekte
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören außerdem das Management der zentralen Geschäftsprozess-Dokumentation sowie die Einhaltung der dazugehörigen Standards

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Wir wünschen uns darüber hinaus mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Business Transformation oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN 2.0) mit und beherrschen gängige Prozessmanagement- und Office-Tools sicher
  • Sie sind erfahren im Projektmanagement und in der Arbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Außerdem verfügen Sie über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und zeichnen sich aus durch eine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Auf Deutsch und Englisch können Sie sich sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich sehr gut verständigen
