STILL, recrute en CDI un.e Technicien.ne Après-Vente qui interviendra chez nos clients sur le département 84 secteur Avignon, Cavaillon, Orange

Concrètement, quelles sont vos principales missions ? :

Acteur principal au sein du Service Client, vous serez en charge de :

• Réaliser des prestations de maintenance préventive et curative selon les procédures définies pour la satisfaction du client • Assurer la mise en service de chariots élévateurs • Promouvoir la vente de pièces de rechange et l’ensemble des prestations de service • Faire remonter les informations du terrain auprès de l’équipe commerciale

Votre équipe ? : Rattaché.e à l'agence de Aix en Provence, vous êtes encadré.e par un Responsable Service Client, vous intégrez une équipe de plusieurs technicien.nes, et vous avez le soutien au quotidien, d’une équipe Back Office et de « Techniciens formateurs ».

  • Une expérience similaire de 2 à 10 ans en électromécanique, électrotechnique, hydraulique et/ou technique
  • Des qualités de rigueur, d’analyse et une certaine sensibilité commerciale
  • La volonté d’enrichir votre expérience et d’apprendre
