З кінця 2022 року Kiss My Apps зросла у понад 70 разів, об’єднавши 300+ спеціалістів, які створюють цифрові продукти в нішах utilities, lifestyle, health & fitness і не тільки.

Коротко про роль: VP of Engineering очолить інженерну команду Kiss My Apps — Mobile (iOS/Android), QA та Backend/Platform. Ця роль — для того, хто вже масштабував інженерні команди через managing managers, мислить метриками delivery (DORA) і хоче будувати AI-augmented engineering як стандарт, а не експеримент.

Твої задачі:

- Delivery & Velocity — володіти швидкістю та якістю поставки по Mobile (iOS/Android), QA та Backend/Platform; зробити delivery передбачуваним і вимірюваним (DORA-метрики).

- Масштабування організації — проєктувати оргструктуру, наймати і розвивати інженерних менеджерів

- AI-augmented engineering — масштабувати впровадження AI у розробку (Claude Code, MCP, n8n) як стандарт процесу, з вимірюваним впливом на velocity без втрати стабільності. Деліверити внутрішні технічні рішення (АІ, внутрішні продукти, автоматизації) для прискорення не технічних команд КМА.

- Engineering culture і стандарти — code review, релізний процес, quality gates, надійність продуктів, управління tech debt.

- Cross-functional партнерство — разом із С-левел менеджерами та хедами переводити бізнес-цілі у інженерне виконання.

Що очікуємо від тебе:

- 8–12+ років інженерного досвіду, з них 4–6+ років в управлінні, включно з managing managers

- Досвід масштабування інженерної організації через кілька еволюцій процесів та оргструктури

- Сильний технічний бекграунд: здатність приймати та challenge-ити архітектурні рішення

- Досвід у mobile-first продуктах: повний цикл iOS/Android розробки, релізний цикл, підписки (StoreKit / Google Play Billing)

- Управління backend/platform командами: distributed systems, надійність, API-дизайн

- Побудова та масштабування QA: тест-автоматизація, quality gates, release governance

- Робота з delivery-метриками (DORA або аналоги)

- Досвід впровадження AI-інструментів у розробку

Буде плюсом:

- Досвід у subscription / consumer app бізнесі (paywall, A/B-тести, LTV, mobile attribution)

- Досвід з AI-інфраструктурою розробки: Claude Code, MCP-сервери, n8n, агентні воркфлоу

- Досвід у app-холдингу, product studio або venture builder

Це реальна автономія побудувати та масштабувати команди під власне бачення.

- AI-first середовище Робота не з "чужими" AI-інструментами, а у власній AI OS, з Claude Code, MCP та alpha-моделями — тобто доступ до можливостей, яких ще немає в широкому доступі. Це шанс формувати інженерну культуру, побудовану навколо AI з нуля, а не наздоганяти індустрію.

- Новий рівень управлінського виклику Менеджмент менеджерів менеджерів — це вихід на стратегічний рівень управління організацією, а не окремими людьми чи проєктами. Виклик масштабу, який відкриває принципово інший досвід лідерства.

Важливо: є опція бронювання для військовозобов’язаних після випробувального терміну, за умови наявності належно оформлених військово-облікових документів та внутрішніх можливостей компанії, визначених відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства.
