The posting

Kjellberg & Möller AB är ett familjeföretag som sedan 1939 förvaltar hyresfastigheter i centrala och halvcentrala Göteborg på uppdrag av privata fastighetsägare. Verksamheten omfattar idag 95 hyresfastigheter med totalt cirka 2 500 lägenheter och lokaler. Våra uppdrag grundar sig i den personliga kontakten med fastighetsägaren och vi arbetar aktivt för att utveckla fastigheterna i syfte att ge bättre långsiktig avkastning och nöjdare hyresgäster.

Ditt ansvarsområde

I rollen som administrativ förvaltare får du följa våra hyresgäster från tillsättning, via boendefrågor, till uppsägning och avflyttning. Du arbetar långsiktigt med att matcha rätt hyresgäst med rätt lägenhet, med målet att bidra till trygga och stabila boendemiljöer där hyresgäster trivs och vill leva över tid. Vi sätter stort värde i det personliga mötet och arbetar serviceinriktat med ett professionellt bemötande och tydlig kommunikation. Rollen innebär bland annat;

  • avisering, avtal och hyresadministration,
  • löpande kontakt med hyresgäster via telefon, mejl och ärendesystem,
  • samarbete med teknisk förvaltare i samband med renoveringar och andra större projekt,
  • handläggning av andrahandsuthyrning, lägenhetsbyten och störningsärenden,
  • arbete med hyresjuridiska frågor där lagstiftning och avtal tillämpas i praktiken,
  • vid behov innebär rollen även besök ute på fastigheterna.

För att passa i rollen

  • Har du relevant eftergymnasial utbildning eller flerårig yrkesmässig erfarenhet av att arbeta administrativt i fastighetsbranschen. Kunskap och erfarenhet inom hyresjuridik är meriterande.
  • Du uttrycker dig väl på svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift samt har goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office.

Som person är du:

  • ansvarskännande, intresserad av att lära dig nya saker och har förmågan att hantera flera ärenden parallellt,
  • serviceinriktad med god förmåga att bemöta människor med empati, och i vissa fall med bestämdhet,
  • strukturerad och van att planera, starta och följa upp aktiviteter med fokus på att uppnå resultat.
