The posting

Kjellberg & Möller AB är ett familjeföretag som sedan 1939 förvaltar hyresfastigheter i centrala och halvcentrala Göteborg på uppdrag av privata fastighetsägare. Verksamheten omfattar idag 95 hyresfastigheter med totalt cirka 2 500 lägenheter. Våra uppdrag grundar sig i den personliga kontakten med fastighetsägaren och vi arbetar aktivt för att utveckla fastigheterna i syfte att ge bättre långsiktig avkastning och nöjdare hyresgäster.

Ditt ansvarsområde

Hos oss får du möjligheten att ansvara för den tekniska förvaltningen av hyresfastigheter för ett antal av våra uppdragsgivare. Rollen handlar om att långsiktigt ta hand om fastigheterna på ett genomtänkt och strukturerat sätt, där tekniska beslut fattas med både kvalitet, ekonomi och helhet i åtanke. Du ansvarar för drift‑ och underhållsplanering, budget och myndighetskrav samt upphandlar, leder och följer upp entreprenörer inom drift, underhåll och projekt.

I rollen har du löpande dialog med våra uppdragsgivare kring fastigheternas status, prioriteringar och framtida behov. Arbetet innebär rapportering och analys, liksom att vara en trygg och långsiktig teknisk rådgivare som ser till att rätt åtgärder görs, i rätt tid och av rätt skäl.

För att passa i rollen

Du har en högskoleutbildning inom teknik eller ekonomi, alternativt annan relevant eftergymnasial utbildning kombinerat med flerårig erfarenhet av arbete med fastigheter och förvaltningsfrågor. Kunskap och erfarenhet inom avtal, fastighetsekonomi, hyres- och entreprenadrätt är meriterande. Körkort är ett krav. Som person är du:

  • utåtriktad och van vid att bygga upp och bibehålla goda relationer
  • lyhörd för våra uppdragsgivares behov, kommunicerar på ett positivt sätt och har förmåga att se och genomföra affärsmässiga lösningar
  • strukturerad och van att planera, starta och följa upp aktiviteter med fokus på att uppnå resultat.
