The posting

The Corporate Strategy Senior Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team, leading business planning, corporate strategy, financial analysis, investment evaluations, and performance management initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in corporate strategy, financial planning, board and investor reporting, business case development, and cross-functional leadership. This individual will play a critical role in shaping KMC Solutions' growth strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.

Given the role's interaction with leadership teams and stakeholders across the Philippines and India, fluency in both English and Hindi is required.

Corporate Strategy & Business Planning

  • Lead the development of annual operating plans, strategic business plans, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic priorities, business performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry research to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and market positioning.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives and transformation projects aligned with corporate objectives.

Financial Strategy & Performance Management

  • Drive financial and operational performance reviews across business functions.
  • Monitor key business metrics and identify performance gaps against strategic plans.
  • Develop forecasting models, scenario analyses, and business projections to support decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through data-driven analysis.
  • Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Investment Analysis & Strategic Initiatives

  • Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, valuation analyses, and ROI assessments.
  • Assess strategic fit, financial viability, risks, and long-term value creation potential.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Executive, Board & Investor Reporting

  • Prepare executive presentations, board materials, strategic reviews, and management reports.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Support investor communications and stakeholder reporting requirements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, Technology, and other business units.
  • Lead strategic projects from planning through execution and performance tracking.
  • Establish governance and reporting mechanisms for strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop team members involved in strategic planning and analysis activities.

Required

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Management Consulting, or Strategic Planning.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance management.
  • Experience preparing and presenting executive, board, and investor-level materials.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is an advantage.

Preferred

  • MBA, CFA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in high-growth, multinational, professional services, outsourcing, technology, shared services, consulting, or real estate organizations.
  • Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, M&A, IPO readiness, or corporate development initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership and board members.
