Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verstärkst unser bestehendes KI- und Automatisierungsteam und treibst gemeinsam mit uns die digitale Transformation unserer Kanzlei aktiv voran.
  • Du konzipierst, entwickelst und optimierst KI-gestützte Agenten, die unsere internen Prozesse und die Mandantenkommunikation revolutionieren.
  • Mithilfe der Low-Code-Plattform n8n baust Du komplexe Workflows, um Daten zwischen verschiedenen Systemen (z.B. DATEV, E-Mail, interne Tools) zu synchronisieren und Aktionen auszulösen.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit Large Language Models (LLMs) und APIs (z.B. von OpenAI oder Open-Source-Modellen), um intelligente Automatisierungen zu schaffen.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe in unserer Kanzlei, identifizierst Potenziale für Automatisierung und gestaltest die Zukunft unserer Arbeitsprozesse mit.
  • Du übersetzt wiederkehrende, manuelle Aufgaben in smarte, selbstständig agierende Helfer und bringst dabei Deine eigenen Ideen ein.
  • Du testest, wartest und dokumentierst Deine entwickelten Lösungen, um deren Zuverlässigkeit und Skalierbarkeit sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist immatrikuliert in einem relevanten Fachbereich wie BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz, insbesondere an Large Language Models (LLMs) und deren praktischer Anwendung über APIs.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung mit Automatisierungs-Plattformen wie n8n, Zapier oder Make ist ein großes Plus.
  • Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse (zum Beispiel in JavaScript oder Python) sind von Vorteil, um auch komplexe Logiken umzusetzen.
  • Eine analytische, kreative und lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie eine hohe Lernbereitschaft zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du bringst Neugier und den Mut mit, neue Technologien auszuprobieren und innovative Wege zu gehen.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind für die interne Kommunikation und das Prozessverständnis erforderlich.
