Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Leitung und Durchführung von Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen nach HGB, in Einzelfällen auch nach IFRS, insbesondere bei größeren mittelständischen Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Branchen
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Abschlussgesprächen sowie Ergebnispräsentationen gegenüber Mandanten
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für ein kleines Prüfungsteam inklusive Ausbildung und Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Ansprechpartner:in für prüfungsnahe Beratung – u.a. bei Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsthemen, Unternehmenstransaktionen (M&A), Due Diligence-Prozessen sowie handelsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei Unternehmensbewertungen, Sonderprüfungen und weiteren betriebswirtschaftlichen Projekten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer digitalen Prüfungsprozesse sowie Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Prüfungsansatzes

Dein Profil

  • Du kannst ein Steuerberater- und Wirtschaftsprüferexamen vorweisen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung und Beratung mittelständischer Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Sonderprojekten (z. B. Unternehmensbewertungen, Due Diligence) von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, idealerweise Power BI) und DATEV (inkl. AP Comfort)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist sowie ein gutes Gespür für Mandantenbedürfnisse
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für moderne Wirtschaftsprüfung, digitale Tools – und ein gesundes Maß an Humor
