Objetivo

Executar atividades operacionais de importação e exportação, apoiando os processos de despacho aduaneiro, gestão documental e conformidade com as normas e legislação aduaneira vigente no Brasil, contribuindo para a eficiência e rastreabilidade das operações de Comércio Exterior da empresa.

Atividades e Responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar e monitorar processos de importação e exportação, desde a abertura até o encerramento do processo.
  • Verificar, organizar e controlar documentos de comércio exterior: Invoice, Packing List, Conhecimento de Embarque (BL/AWB), Certificados de Origem e demais documentos exigíveis.
  • Monitorar prazos de cargas e status de embarques por meio de sistemas de tracking e contato com agentes de carga e despachante aduaneiro.
  • Comunicar-se com fornecedores, agentes de carga, despachantes e áreas internas para garantir fluxo contínuo das operações.
  • Fazer conciliação para controladoria de faturas para pagamentos a fornecedores intercompany e terceiros.
  • Validar processos/valores em trânsito para controladoria.
  • Confirmar lançamentos de despesas de comércio exterior no sistema para garantir fechamento mensal dentro dos prazos estabelecidos e conformidade das operações.
  • Seguir as diretrizes do Programa Global de Trade Compliance nas atividades executadas.

Requisitos

Formação:

  • Ensino Superior Completo – preferencialmente em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência:

  • Desejável experiência prévia em importação e/ou exportação.
  • Familiaridade com processos e documentação de Comércio Exterior.

Conhecimentos Técnicos (Desejável):

  • DUIMP e DU-E (Siscomex / Portal Único do Comércio Exterior).
  • LPCO e órgãos anuentes.
  • Documentação de exportação e importação (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, Certificado de Origem).
  • Pacote Office – Excel intermediário.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento no sistema OSGT (plataforma de gestão de Comércio Exterior).
  • Experiência com SAP.
  • Vivência em empresas industriais multinacionais.
  • Inglês técnico.

Regime híbrido: 2 dias presenciais + 3 dias home office
