Objetivo do Cargo

Atuar na especificação, detalhamento e gestão do ciclo de vida dos requisitos funcionais e não funcionais para sistemas de Infotainment e Conectividade Automotiva. Garantir a conformidade dos produtos com os padrões corporativos, a rastreabilidade ponta a ponta entre Requisitos, Arquitetura, Software e Validação, além de conduzir o processo formal de gestão de mudanças e documentação técnica.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Gestão e Elaboração de Requisitos de Produto:

Elaboração de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais (Function Requirements / Software Requirements) detalhados para ecossistemas de infotainment e conectividade automotiva.

Garantir a total conformidade dos requisitos com as diretrizes, normas e padrões técnicos da engenharia corporativa.

  • Especifição de Experiência e Interface:

Criação de critérios de aceitação refinados, cenários de uso (use cases), fluxos de interface homem-máquina (HMI) e especificações de interface entre Software e Hardware (SW/HW).

  • Rastreabilidade e Governança:

Assegurar a rastreabilidade end-to-end ao longo de todo o fluxo do produto: Requisitos → Arquitetura → Software → Testes → Validação.

Prestar suporte ativo em auditorias internas de processo, qualidade e governança (ex: ASPICE / ISO).

  • Documentação Técnica e Publicação:

Publicar, atualizar e manter especificações técnicas, documentações funcionais do produto e listas de verificação (checklists) de prontidão para homologação.

  • Gestão de Mudanças e Ferramentas:

Executar e gerenciar o fluxo formal de Gestão de Mudanças (Change Management) nos requisitos e escopo da função.

Operar e manter atualizadas as ferramentas de gestão e ALM/PLM do projeto (como IBM DOORS, Confluence, Jira ou equivalentes).

Requisitos do Perfil

  • Formação: Engenharia (Mecatrônica, Eletrônica, Software, Computação), Ciência da Computação, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Atuação em Engenharia de Requisitos, Gestão de Produtos (Product Owner/Analyst) ou Desenvolvimento de Sistemas Embarcados/Conectados no setor automotivo.
  • Idioma: Inglês avançado.
  • Conhecimentos Técnicos: Domínio na escrita e estruturação de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais, histórias de usuário e critérios de aceitação. Experiência prática com ferramentas de gestão de requisitos e rastreabilidade (IBM DOORS, Jira, Confluence, etc.). Entendimento de sistemas de Infotainment, Conectividade, arquiteturas HMI/UX e integração SW/HW. Conhecimento sobre o ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software e requisitos de qualidade automotiva (ASPICE).
