Objetivo

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos / Departamento Pessoal com foco em Folha de Pagamento e Rotinas Trabalhistas. O/A profissional será responsável pela operacionalização e controle do ciclo completo de administração de pessoal — desde a admissão até o desligamento —, garantindo a exatidão dos cálculos, o cumprimento dos prazos legais e o suporte contínuo aos colaboradores.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Coletar, conferir e imputar eventos para o fechamento mensal da folha de pagamento (horas extras, adicionais, faltas, DSR, comissões e descontos).
  • Realizar a conferência final do cálculo da folha de pagamento e emitir os relatórios analíticos e contracheques.
  • Prestar suporte na apuração e envio dos encargos sociais e obrigações acessórias (eSocial, FGTS, DCTFWeb, IRRF, etc.) em parceria com a contabilidade ou consultoria interna/externa.
  • Processar admissões de novos colaboradores (conferência de documentação, registro em sistema, agendamento de Exame Admissional e cadastro no eSocial).
  • Conduzir o processo de desligamento (cálculos rescisórios, emissão de TRCT, aviso prévio, homologação e agendamento de Exame Demissional).
  • Gerenciar e controlar o período aquisitivo e a programação de férias dos colaboradores, garantindo o cálculo e pagamento no prazo legal.
  • Atender e esclarecer dúvidas dos colaboradores referentes a folha de pagamento, contracheque, férias, impostos e normas internas.
  • Operacionalizar a compra, inclusão, exclusão e distribuição de benefícios ( Plano de Saúde, Seguro de Vida, etc.).

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia comprovada em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e processamento de folha de pagamento.
  • Domínio atualizado da legislação trabalhista brasileira (CLT) e das rotinas do eSocial.
  • Conhecimento intermediário a avançado de Excel (fórmulas como PROCV, SOMA'SE, Tabelas Dinâmicas).
  • Vivência com sistemas de gestão de RH / ERPs (ex.: ADP).
