Objetivo

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista / Engenheiro(a) de Software Project Management para atuar no gerenciamento e acompanhamento do ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software em projetos automotivos. O profissional será responsável por conectar os marcos do veículo com os ciclos de entrega de software, garantindo alinhamento técnico, governança com parceiros e previsibilidade nas entregas.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Planejamento e Ciclos de Entrega: Responsável por planejar e gerenciar releases e ciclos de desenvolvimento (sprints), suportando o alinhamento das entregas com o programa geral do veículo.
  • Gestão de Performance e Riscos: Responsável pela gestão de riscos, priorização de backlog e monitoramento contínuo dos KPIs de software definidos para o projeto.
  • Governança e Reuniões Estratégicas: Responsável por conduzir reuniões de governança (Steering Meetings) com áreas internas e fornecedores, suportando o registro de atas e o controle de pendências.
  • Milestones e Prazos: Responsável pelo controle de milestones do projeto e por garantir o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos em conjunto com a equipe técnica.
  • Reporte Executivo: Responsável por emitir relatórios executivos periódicos, apresentando indicadores, mapeamento de riscos e planos de contramedidas.

Requisitos e Qualificações Desejadas:

  • Formação superior completa em Engenharia (Computação, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Elétrica) ou Ciência da Computação / Sistemas de Informação.
  • Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos de software no segmento automotivo.
  • Domínio de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e métricas/KPIs de desenvolvimento de software.
  • Vivência na condução de reuniões de alinhamento com múltiplos fornecedores e stakeholders.
  • Idioma inglês avançado.
