Objetivo

Liderar o ciclo de vida dos requisitos de engenharia de sistemas para funções de infotainment, conectividade, telemática e arquitetura eletrônica. O profissional será responsável por estruturar, decompor e garantir a rastreabilidade ponta a ponta dos requisitos de software e sistemas, assegurando o alinhamento técnico entre áreas multidisciplinares e a conformidade rigorosa com os processos, padrões e normas técnicas da empresa.

Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades

Engenharia de Sistemas (System Engineering)

  • Levantar, analisar, decompor e documentar requisitos de alto nível para funções de infotainment, conectividade, telemática e arquitetura eletrônica, conforme práticas e normas corporativas.
  • Criar, atualizar e manter arquiteturas funcionais e de software, incluindo fluxos, blocos, interfaces e suas dependências.
  • Conduzir análises de impacto (Impact Analysis) para cada alteração de requisito ou software, reportando os resultados às áreas envolvidas.
  • Realizar revisões técnicas com equipes multidisciplinares (Powertrain, Carroceria, Conectividade, UX/HMI e Segurança), registrando ações, impactos e deliberações.
  • Elaborar e manter a documentação técnica do sistema conforme diretrizes e governança da empresa, submetendo-a para aprovação dos responsáveis.

Gestão de Requisitos (Function / Software Requirements)

  • Elaborar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais para sistemas de infotainment e conectividade, garantindo conformidade com os padrões de qualidade e arquitetura estabelecidos.
  • Criar critérios de aceitação, cenários de uso, fluxos de HMI e requisitos de interface de hardware e software (SW/HW).

Formação e Requisitos

  • Escolaridade: Graduação completa em Engenharia (Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Computação, Automotiva ou Áreas Correlas).
  • Idioma: Inglês avançado/fluente (indispensável para interface técnica e documentação).
  • Ferramentas: Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de requisitos e ALM (IBM DOORS, Jira, Confluence ou ferramentas equivalentes).
  • Conhecimentos Desejáveis: Experiência em arquitetura de sistemas automotivos/eletrônicos (redes CAN, LIN, Ethernet), metodologias de Engenharia de Sistemas (MBSE, INCOSE), análise de impacto e processos de Gestão de Mudanças (Change Management).
