Responsabilidades:

Gerenciar, coordenar e liderar as operações de importação e exportação. Liderar a equipe de analistas, negociar fretes e taxas de câmbio, garantir o cumprimento dos trâmites aduaneiros (despacho e desembaraço) e assegurar a conformidade legal para evitar riscos e custos extras.

Distribuir tarefas, acompanhar prazos de embarques, treinar colaboradores e alinhar as entregas com as metas da empresa.

Coordenar os modais (aéreo, marítimo e rodoviário) e negociar diretamente com armadores, companhias aéreas e agentes de carga.

Analisar, emitir e aprovar documentos internacionais (Fatura Comercial, Packing List, Conhecimento de Embarque), além de supervisionar despachantes e representantes alfandegários.

Acompanhar as operações de câmbio, analisar custos logísticos e buscar otimizações para reduzir os gastos gerais da operação.

Garantir que todas as licenças, certificações e classificações fiscais de mercadorias estejam em conformidade com as legislações vigentes (ex: Receita Federal, Siscomex).

Formação Acadêmica

Ensino superior completo em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração de Empresas, Economia, Logística ou Engenharia de Produção.

Pós-Graduação (Diferencial): Especialização, MBA ou pós-graduação em Gestão de Comércio Exterior, Logística Internacional, Direito Aduaneiro ou Supply Chain Management.

Idiomas

Inglês Avançado (indispensável): Essencial para negociações, leitura de contratos, contato com fornecedores e parceiros estrangeiros.

Espanhol Avançado (diferencial): Altamente valorizado devido às fortes relações comerciais com os países do Mercosul e América Latina.

Conhecimentos Técnicos Específicos

Domínio pleno do Novo Processo de Importação (NPI), portal Siscomex, além de regimes aduaneiros especiais (ex: Drawback, entreposto).

Fluência em Incoterms, contratos internacionais, fechamento de câmbio, cartas de crédito e cálculo de tributos (II, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS).
