Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the growth team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create targeted campaigns and product enhancements.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and optimize growth initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Drive partnerships and business development efforts to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on growth progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Director of Growth or similar leadership role within the accounting or financial services industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and growth analytics platforms to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving scalable growth initiatives and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
