参与具身智能机器人配套 App 的开发，为用户提供设备配网与控制、第一视角实时视频、地图展示、机器人技能、AI 聊天对话和记忆管理等体验。 1. 岗位职责 a. 负责智能机器人 AI Agent App 的 Android 客户端开发，根据专业方向承担相关模块的设计、实现与维护，包括机器人设备连接与控制、实时音视频与地图、AI Agent 消息与交互。 b. 参与 App 架构和公共组件建设，完善模块边界、状态管理、数据同步及异常恢复机制。 c. 与机器人端、云端、AI 和 iOS 工程师协作，参与接口与协议设计，完成 SDK 集成和端到端联调。 d. 优化启动速度、交互流畅度、内存、耗电及稳定性，定位并解决崩溃、ANR、网络异常和机型兼容问题。 e. 参与需求与技术方案评审、代码评审、自测及版本发布，完善必要的自动化测试和诊断日志。 f. 沉淀接口说明、调试方法和问题案例，提升模块可维护性及团队协作效率。

任职要求 a. 3 年以上 Android 开发经验，熟练使用 Kotlin，熟悉 Android 应用架构、组件生命周期、权限机制及系统版本适配。 b. 熟悉 Jetpack 及 MVVM 或 MVI 架构模式，掌握 Coroutines、Flow、ViewModel 等技术，能够合理设计并发任务、状态管理和模块间通信。 c. 熟悉 HTTPS、WebSocket、SSE，以及本地存储与缓存，能够处理超时、重试、数据一致性及异常恢复。 d. 有独立负责业务模块的经历，能够完成方案设计、开发、联调、上线和后续维护；能够结合日志、抓包和分析工具复现问题、定位根因并验证修复效果。 e. 具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够清晰说明技术方案、实现边界和外部依赖。 f. 熟练使用 Cursor、Codex、Claude Code 等 AI 开发工具辅助编码、调试和测试，能够审查与验证生成代码，将 AI 工具有效融入研发流程。 3. 加分项 a. 有机器人、IoT 或其他智能硬件配套 App 开发经验。 b. 有 MQTT、BLE/GATT、Wi-Fi 或局域网设备通信经验。 c. 有 ASR、TTS、RTC 相关 SDK 的集成、联调和问题定位经验。 d. 有 AI 助手、聊天、内容社区等产品开发经验。
