岗位职责 你将会在以下的一个或多个子方向发现、定义、解决问题；我们鼓励我们团队的成员具有多元化的能力 机器人端侧框架 设计与演进自研机器人端侧运行时框架，支持多算法模块的编排、调度，与算法团队协作，将视觉 / 感知 / 控制 / 规划模块工程化落地，优化实时性与稳定性，设计端云通信协议与数据同步机制，建立端侧与云端的统一任务模型 云端集群体系 构建机器人云端服务体系，包括模型服务、数据服务、调度服务、大模型推理服务等，设计高可用、可扩展的云端基础架构；负责大模型推理集群的构建与性能优化，提升模型服务的吞吐、延迟、资源利用率与稳定性；建设端云协同链路，包括数据回传、模型下发、任务调度等；搭建数据自动化处理管线，优化数据流转、清洗、标注、回放与分析效率，支撑机器人数据闭环；优化大规模服务的部署与发布效率，建设可观测性体系，支撑多机器人并发接入与数据隔离。

基础工程能力 熟练掌握 C++ 或 Python（至少一种为主力开发语言），具备良好的代码设计能力（模块化 / 抽象 / 可维护性），能与 Coding Agent / AI 工具高效协作开发的同时自身具有对简洁可靠、可维护代码美学的认知；熟悉系统编程基础，如并发编程、网络编程、高性能编程、Linux 系统开发与调试能力 系统能力 能理解并拆解复杂工程系统，理解分布式系统或实时系统基本设计思想；有中大型系统设计或核心关键模块设计经验优先 工程协作能力 良好的跨团队沟通与学习能力（算法 / 后端 / 运维 / 硬件），重视工程质量与可测试性

加分项 有机器人系统开发经验 有 Kubernetes / 云原生系统经验 熟练掌握更多的编程语言，例如Rust、C、Go等 有实时系统 / 边缘计算 / 多传感器系统经验 有自动驾驶 / 机器人 / 工业控制系统经验 有自研 runtime / middleware / scheduler 经验 有开源项目或工程实践作品者优先（请在简历中随附）
