本科及以上学历，心理学、人力资源等相关专业优先。 5 年以上招聘经验。 具备中高端人才寻访、面试评估与 Offer 谈判经验，熟悉智能硬件 / 机器人 / AI 技术岗人才。 有智能硬件 / 人工智能（大模型 / 具身智能 / 智能汽车等）领域招聘经验者优先。 学习能力强，能快速理解新兴领域的业务逻辑与人才特点。

核心能力 沟通有推动力，能影响业务方与候选人决策，资源整合能力强。 结果导向，抗压能力强，能多任务并行推进。 数据化思维，能用招聘数据驱动流程优化。 自驱力强，乐于探索招聘创新方式。
