岗位职责： 负责公司核心业务系统的设计、开发与维护，保障系统高可用、高性能、可扩展； 参与系统架构设计、技术方案评审，推动工程实践与代码质量持续优化； 负责服务端接口开发、数据库设计与优化，确保数据一致性与安全性； 排查并解决线上问题，参与系统监控、性能调优及故障应急处理。

任职要求： 学历背景：计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，【1-3 年】后端开发经验； 编程语言：精通 【Java / Go / Python / Node.js】等至少一种编程语言； 数据库：熟练使用 MySQL / PostgreSQL，具备 SQL 优化经验；熟悉 Redis、MongoDB 等 NoSQL 数据库； 中间件：熟悉消息队列（Kafka / RabbitMQ / RocketMQ）、缓存等常用中间件； 工程能力：熟悉 Linux 环境，掌握 Git 工作流，具备良好的代码规范与单元测试习惯； 架构理解：熟悉分布式系统基本原理，了解微服务架构、容器化（Docker / Kubernetes）及云原生相关技术； 软技能：具备良好的沟通协作能力，能独立负责模块并推动落地，对技术有热情。
