一、岗位职责 薪酬体系搭建与优化：结合公司战略与行业水平，搭建并优化薪酬体系、薪酬结构与带宽，保障内部公平性与外部竞争力。 薪酬调研与调薪管理：定期开展行业薪酬调研，跟踪机器人、具身智能等行业薪酬水平，输出分析报告；统筹年度调薪、晋升调薪及年终奖方案设计并落地。 激励方案设计：制定长短期激励与专项激励方案，包括奖金获取分享制、股权激励方案设计，促进新业务快速验证与发展。 薪酬核算与发放管理：统筹月度薪酬核算、发放与社保公积金管理，审核数据准确性，处理薪酬异议，保障按时准确发放。 福利与人工成本管理：搭建并完善福利体系；编制人工成本预算，开展月度核算与复盘，输出人力成本报表，为决策提供数据支撑。 绩效与组织协同：参与绩效管理体系设计、落地与优化（OKR / KPI 等），与 HRBP 协作支持组织调整与人才迭代。

二、任职要求 本科及以上学历，人力资源、财务、统计学等相关专业优先。 5 年以上薪酬绩效经验，有薪酬体系设计、年度调薪、年终奖、股权激励等关键项目经验。 熟悉国家及地方薪酬、社保、个税相关法规，有薪酬核算与合规落地经验。 有具身智能、AI、智能制造、互联网或快速成长型组织行业背景者优先。

核心能力 数据敏感度高，逻辑严谨，能通过数据分析为管理决策提供支持。 业务思维强，能结合业务发展阶段设计差异化激励方案。 沟通协调与跨部门协同能力强，能推动方案在业务侧落地。 细致负责，执行力突出，能独立处理复杂薪酬问题。

加分项 智能制造、互联网或快速成长型企业背景。 主导或深度参与过股权激励（期权 / 授予 / 行权 / 离职结算）全流程。 熟练掌握职级体系、OKR / KPI 等绩效管理工具。
