Nuestra Misión

Buscamos un profesional con amplia experiencia en entornos de Business Intelligence para incorporarse a un proyecto corporativo de alto impacto. La persona seleccionada será responsable de diseñar, construir y mantener soluciones analíticas basadas en Power BI y Snowflake, garantizando su correcta operación, seguridad y disponibilidad. Participará en la evolución del aplicativo corporativo y dará soporte directo a los usuarios de la herramienta.

IMPORTANTE:

La posición es remota 100%, y con modalidad de contratación freelance. La persona trabajará en horarios de Colombia.

Responsabilidades principales

• Diseñar y desarrollar informes eficientes apoyados en modelos semánticos sólidos (tabulares, modelo medallion). • Gestionar workspaces en Power BI siguiendo estándares de gobierno: estructura, roles y permisos. • Administrar conexiones seguras entre Power BI y diversas fuentes de datos, especialmente Snowflake. • Configurar y operar pipelines de despliegue para asegurar transiciones controladas entre entornos. • Publicar, actualizar y mantener informes, datasets, apps y demás contenido en Power BI Service. • Crear aplicaciones para una distribución ordenada y segura del contenido analítico. • Resolver incidencias relacionadas con permisos, accesos, actualizaciones o evolutivos. • Documentar procesos técnicos, configuraciones y flujos de despliegue. • Adaptar y mejorar el aplicativo Atenea BI, levantando necesidades de negocio y construyendo nuevos módulos. • Colaborar en la operación y mantenimiento de productos de datos analíticos, promoviendo la mejora continua. • Participar en tareas de arquitectura de datos, análisis y soporte en integraciones entre Power BI y Snowflake. • Dar soporte especializado a los usuarios de la herramienta en su adopción y uso diario.

Requisitos

• Experiencia demostrada en Power BI (modelado, DAX, conexiones y valorable administración en Power BI Service). • Conocimiento sólido en modelado de datos: modelos tabulares, medallion u otros enfoques modernos. • Dominio de SQL y fuerte experiencia trabajando con Snowflake (fundamental) • Capacidad para gestionar entornos corporativos, despliegues controlados y medidas de seguridad. • Habilidad para comprender necesidades de negocio y traducirlas en soluciones analíticas. • Muy valorable experiencia previa en el sector seguros.
