En knowmad mood seguimos impulsando proyectos de alto impacto tecnológico y buscamos incorporar un/a Arquitecto/a de Integraciones -MULESOFT con capacidad de liderazgo y gestión, para formar parte de nuestra Comunidad de Arquitectura.

Buscamos un perfil senior, con una sólida base técnica y experiencia real tomando decisiones de diseño, capaz de combinar visión arquitectónica, interlocución con cliente y liderazgo de equipos. No se trata de una posición puramente de desarrollo, sino de un rol clave en la definición, validación y evolución de soluciones técnicas complejas, acompañando al negocio desde fases tempranas hasta la puesta en producción.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

  • Diseño y definición de arquitecturas robustas y escalables, alineadas con las necesidades del negocio y los estándares de calidad.
  • Interlocución técnica con cliente, participando en fases de preventa, definición de soluciones, estimaciones, gestión de riesgos y defensa técnica.
  • Liderazgo y acompañamiento de equipos técnicos, apoyando en la toma de decisiones, desbloqueo de retos técnicos y buenas prácticas.
  • Análisis de viabilidad técnica de soluciones, evaluando tecnologías, enfoques arquitectónicos y trade-offs.
  • Traducción entre negocio y tecnología, asegurando una comunicación fluida y expectativas realistas.
  • Supervisión de la calidad del software, procesos de desarrollo y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
  • Colaboración transversal con otros arquitectos dentro de la Comunidad para compartir conocimiento y evolución tecnológica.

¿Qué estamos buscando en ti?

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia técnica, asumiendo responsabilidades en diseño y definición de arquitecturas.
  • Capacidad demostrada para asumir responsabilidades de gestión, liderazgo de equipos y relación con cliente.
  • Experiencia en gestión de seguridad de APIs y sistemas de integración.
  • Experiencia mínima demostrable de al menos 24 meses en plataforma Mulesoft Anypoint Platform o equivalente
