¿Qué es lo que valoramos?

  • Experiencia previa trabajando con el ecosistema Atlassian en posiciones de consultoría, implantación o carácter técnico.
  • Conocimientos de metodologías y frameworks Agile como Scrum o Kanban.
  • Valorable inglés avanzado

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?

  • Analizar las necesidades de negocio, procesos y retos de los clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora mediante soluciones Atlassian.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones basadas en la plataforma Atlassian, adaptándolas a los requisitos específicos de cada cliente.
  • Configurar y personalizar productos Atlassian, especialmente Jira, Confluence y Jira Service Management.
  • Liderar o participar en proyectos de implantación, migración, integración y optimización de soluciones Atlassian.
  • Traducir los requisitos de negocio en soluciones funcionales y técnicas.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre buenas prácticas, gobierno, workflows, permisos y capacidades de la plataforma Atlassian.
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos, Project Managers y otros consultores para garantizar el éxito de los proyectos.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar los entornos Atlassian existentes y mejorar la adopción por parte de los usuarios.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos Atlassian, nuevas funcionalidades, certificaciones y buenas prácticas del sector.
  • Contribuir a la creación de documentación, metodologías y soluciones reutilizables.
