¿Qué es lo que valoramos?

Experiencia de al menos 4 años como Data Engineer trabajando con:

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Conocimiento global de la nube, en especial de las herramientas de Data Engineering.

- BigQuery: Nivel avanzado de SQL. Construcción de ETLs, modelado de datos, y optimización de consultas.

- Imprescindible: SQL (Avanzado) y Python (Intermedio/Avanzado).

- Muy valorable: Spark/scala.

- Cloud Storage (GCS): Manejo de buckets, ciclo de vida de los datos e integración fluida con BigQuery.

- Orquestación: Creación y manteniendo de flujos de trabajo (DAGs) en Airflow. Conocimiento de YAML y Jinja2 para la generación dinámica de DAGs mediante archivos de configuración.

- Control de versiones: Soltura en el uso de GIT, concretamente Github.

Además, valoraremos mucho si tienes experiencia o conocimientos con:

- Ecosistema Big Data Clásico: Conocimiento de Hive y familiaridad con Cloudera CDP.

- Procesamiento Distribuido: Nociones de Spark (2.4) y Scala (2.11). Alguien capaz de leer el código antiguo, aplicar mantenimientos básicos y entender la lógica para reescribirla en SQL sobre BigQuery si fuera necesario.

- Orquestación con controlM: Conocimiento de controlM a nivel usuario para entender la orquestación de jobs mediante el uso de esta herramienta.

- Herramientas de CI/CD: Conocimiento de uso de Jenkins para la generación de artefactos.
