Buscamos incorporar un/a DBA PostgreSQL para formar parte de un equipo tecnológico encargado de la administración, optimización y evolución de plataformas de datos críticas. Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en bases de datos relacionales, entornos cloud y automatización, capaces de garantizar el rendimiento, la disponibilidad y la escalabilidad de las soluciones de datos.

¿Qué harás?

  • Administración, implantación y mantenimiento de bases de datos PostgreSQL y otras bases de datos relacionales.
  • Diseño e implementación de estructuras de datos eficientes, escalables y alineadas con las necesidades de negocio.
  • Monitorización, análisis y optimización del rendimiento de bases de datos, identificando cuellos de botella y proponiendo mejoras.
  • Gestión de copias de seguridad, restauraciones, replicación y soluciones de alta disponibilidad para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.
  • Automatización de tareas de administración y mantenimiento mediante scripting (Python, Bash u otras tecnologías).
  • Colaboración con equipos de desarrollo en el diseño de arquitecturas de datos y en la optimización de consultas SQL.
  • Soporte en tareas relacionadas con el desarrollo y despliegue de microservicios.
  • Gestión y administración de entornos de bases de datos en plataformas cloud como AWS y Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Elaboración y mantenimiento de documentación técnica, procedimientos y buenas prácticas.
  • Análisis y resolución de incidencias de rendimiento, disponibilidad y capacidad.
  • Participación activa en proyectos de modernización, optimización y evolución de la plataforma de datos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia como DBA PostgreSQL en entornos de producción.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en administración de bases de datos relacionales, especialmente PostgreSQL y valorable experiencia con MySQL.
  • Experiencia en diseño de modelos de datos y optimización de consultas SQL.
  • Conocimientos de estrategias de respaldo, recuperación, replicación y alta disponibilidad.
  • Experiencia en monitorización y análisis de rendimiento de bases de datos.
  • Conocimientos de contenedores y orquestación con Docker y Kubernetes.
  • Experiencia o conocimientos en entornos cloud (AWS y/o Google Cloud Platform).
  • Conocimientos de scripting y automatización mediante Python, Bash o tecnologías similares.
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2.

  • Contrato indefinido
  • Modelo de trabajo: 100% REMOTO
  • Horario⏰: 8,5 horas de lunes a jueves y 6.5 los viernes. Intensiva mediados de junio, julio y agosto: 7 horas
