¿Qué es lo que valoramos?

Test Manager senior para liderar la estrategia de testing end‑to‑end en un proyecto estratégico dentro de un entorno corporativo internacional del sector asegurador. La persona seleccionada tendrá un rol clave en garantizar la calidad, gobernanza y excelencia del proceso de pruebas a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida del software.

Experiencia sólida y demostrable en Testing End‑to‑End, incluyendo:

Experiencia real con Guidewire, aplicando buenas prácticas.

Testing funcional

QA Management

Testing automatizado

Security Testing

Load & Performance Testing

Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y auto‑gestionada.

Nivel alto de inglés (entorno internacional).

Certificaciones en testing o calidad (ISTQB, similares) serán altamente valoradas.
