En knowmad mood buscamos un/a Head of SAP con sólida experiencia liderando programas SAP de gran envergadura.

Reportando directamente a la Directora de Operaciones IT, serás la persona responsable de liderar la evolución del ecosistema SAP de la compañía y coordinar algunos de los proyectos más relevantes de los próximos años.

¿Qué harás?

✅ Liderar el programa SAP corporativo y su roadmap estratégico. ✅ Gestionar la evolución y el Upgrade de SAP S/4HANA Retail. ✅ Liderar la migración de SAP R/3 Finanzas a SAP S/4HANA. ✅ Impulsar la transformación de BW hacia BW/4HANA u otras soluciones analíticas. ✅ Coordinar la sustitución de SAP Data Services por SAP BTP. ✅ Gestionar equipos, partners y stakeholders de negocio y tecnología. ✅ Definir prioridades, riesgos, presupuesto y planificación de los programas. ✅ Actuar como referente en la toma de decisiones estratégicas relacionadas con SAP.

¿Qué buscamos?

✅ Experiencia contrastada liderando programas y transformaciones SAP complejas. ✅ Experiencia práctica (hands-on) en migraciones de SAP R/3 o ECC6 hacia SAP S/4HANA. ✅ Conocimiento tanto funcional como técnico del ecosistema SAP. ✅ Capacidad para gestionar iniciativas de gran impacto y múltiples stakeholders. ✅ Perfil senior con visión estratégica y capacidad de ejecución. ✅ Muy valorable experiencia en el sector Retail.

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Contrato indefinido
  • Modelo de trabajo:🏡. Híbrido - 4 días presencial en norte de Madrid.
  • Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h
  • Vacaciones 🌴: 22 días de vacaciones + 2 días de libre disposición, además de los días 24 y 31 de diciembre libres.
