¿Quien buscamos?

Para nuestro cliente multinacional del sector asegurador, especializado en seguros de crédito buscamos incorporar un/a Project Manager Infrastructure & Digital Governance (Freelance) para cubrir temporalmente una posición estratégica dentro de un entorno internacional,

La persona se integrará en un equipo global responsable de iniciativas de infraestructura, gobierno IT, riesgos tecnológicos y cumplimiento de controles internos, asegurando la continuidad del servicio durante una sustitución temporal.

IMPORTANTE: Nivel profesional alto e imprescindible de Español, Inglés, Y Portugués.

Se trata de una posición 100% remota con interacción diaria con equipos internacionales y múltiples stakeholders corporativos.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar iniciativas relacionadas con infraestructura tecnológica y gobierno IT en entornos internacionales.
  • Desarrollar y mantener políticas de riesgo, seguridad y control tecnológico.
  • Diseñar e implementar controles IT para garantizar la protección de datos, sistemas y activos tecnológicos.
  • Definir, documentar y optimizar procesos de gobierno e infraestructura.
  • Coordinar actividades de cumplimiento normativo y gestión de controles internos.
  • Preparar documentación y dar soporte durante auditorías internas y externas.
  • Gestionar riesgos tecnológicos y realizar seguimiento de planes de mitigación.
  • Supervisar indicadores, planes de acción y actividades vinculadas al cumplimiento de estándares corporativos.
  • Realizar la gestión económica de iniciativas y servicios bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Coordinar stakeholders internacionales de negocio, tecnología, auditoría, riesgos y seguridad.
  • Garantizar la correcta documentación de procesos, controles y procedimientos operativos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua dentro de los ámbitos de infraestructura, seguridad y gobierno digital.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de Project Management relacionadas con Infraestructura IT, IT Governance, Digital Governance o Technology Risk.
  • Background técnico previo en Infraestructura IT.
  • Evolución profesional hacia funciones de gestión, coordinación o Project Management.
  • Experiencia en entornos corporativos internacionales.
  • Conocimiento de modelos de gobierno IT, gestión de riesgos y controles tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Experiencia en documentación de procesos y definición de procedimientos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares distribuidos internacionalmente.
  • Experiencia en gestión económica y seguimiento presupuestario.
  • Nivel profesional alto e imprescindible de: Español. Inglés. Portugués.
  • Disponibilidad para incorporación en las próximas semanas.

Condiciones

  • Modalidad: Freelance / Contratación a tiempo determinado
  • Duración: Cobertura temporal por baja de paternidad.
  • Inicio previsto: Noviembre.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: 100% remoto.
  • Entorno internacional.
  • Proyecto en cliente multinacional del sector seguros de crédito.
  • Colaboración con equipos globales en Europa y Latinoamérica.
