Qué buscamos

Buscamos un IT Solution Architect con experiencia contrastada en roles de arquitectura de soluciones, con alta madurez técnica y capacidad para liderar la definición y evolución de soluciones tecnológicas complejas en entornos de consultoría IT.

Más allá del conocimiento técnico, valoramos especialmente la experiencia funcional, la capacidad de análisis, la recogida estructurada de requisitos y la competencia en el diseño de soluciones alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.

La posición es híbrida en Madrid, se requiere presencialidad 1 vez (aprox) a la semana en la oficina del cliente en Madrid.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Definir, diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas de software avanzadas, robustas y escalables.
  • Liderar técnicamente equipos y proyectos, garantizando las mejores prácticas arquitectónicas.
  • Actuar como interlocutor/a principal con el cliente, asegurando una comunicación fluida, rigurosa y orientada a generar valor.
  • Liderar la recogida y análisis de requisitos funcionales y no funcionales.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas target y estrategias de evolución tecnológica.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de innovación, participando en foros técnicos, eventos, comunidades o publicaciones.
  • Desarrollar y mentorizar equipos técnicos, promoviendo buenas prácticas, estándares de calidad y cultura de excelencia.
  • Velar por la calidad, seguridad, observabilidad y mantenibilidad de las soluciones.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Experiencia demostrable como Arquitecto/a de Soluciones en entornos de consultoría o multiproyecto.
  • Alta experiencia en: Análisis funcional y recogida de requisitos. Diseño de soluciones end‑to‑end.
  • Conocimiento sólido de: Patrones de arquitectura y arquitectura hexagonal. Principios SOLID. Arquitecturas microservicios / nanoservicios, serverless y EDA (Event‑Driven Architecture).
  • Experiencia en: Migración de arquitecturas monolíticas a microservicios. Colas y plataformas de eventos. Seguridad a nivel arquitectónico (autenticación, autorización, identidad). Observabilidad de soluciones (logs, métricas, trazas).
  • Dominio obligatorio de: Spring Framework y ecosistema Java. API Management, REST / SOAP y apificación de servicios. Estrategias de desacoplamiento y rotura de monolitos. Seguridad: JWT, OAuth, SAML, Identity Management. Arquitecturas JavaScript (Angular, React…).
  • Experiencia en: DevOps / Entrega continua. Calidad de software y metodologías ágiles. Bases de datos SQL (MySQL, Oracle…) y NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis…). Cloud: AWS, Azure y/o GCP. BI / Big Data.
