La posición tiene un formato de trabajo híbrido, 3 días de teletrabajo 2 días en instalaciones del cliente (zona de S'Arenal en Llucmajor - Palma). En el caso de no residir cerca se podrán valorar perfiles que estén dispuestos a viajar asiduamente.

¿Cuál será tu misión en el proyecto?

Dar soporte en la coordinación y seguimiento de las iniciativas impulsadas por el área de Gobierno de IA, colaborando con los diferentes equipos involucrados para asegurar la correcta recopilación de requisitos, el seguimiento de acciones y el cumplimiento de los planes definidos. La posición actuará como apoyo al responsable del área, facilitando la organización, documentación y coordinación de actividades, sin asumir la dirección de los proyectos.

  • Asistir al responsable del área en la planificación y seguimiento de iniciativas relacionadas con Gobierno de IA.
  • Participar en reuniones con áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos para recopilar información, requisitos y necesidades.
  • Elaborar documentación funcional, actas de reunión y seguimiento de acuerdos.
  • Mantener actualizados los planes de acción, cronogramas y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de tareas, hitos y dependencias, reportando desviaciones al responsable.
  • Coordinar la comunicación entre los distintos stakeholders involucrados en las iniciativas.
  • Apoyar en la definición y actualización de procedimientos, estándares y documentación de gobierno.
  • Preparar informes de estado, presentaciones y materiales de seguimiento para comités y reuniones de gestión.
  • Facilitar la correcta ejecución de los procesos definidos por el área, velando por su documentación y trazabilidad.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas de adopción y gestión del cambio relacionadas con la implantación de soluciones y capacidades de IA.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en funciones de PMO, Coordinación de Proyectos o Project Management Junior.
  • Experiencia participando en proyectos tecnológicos o de transformación digital.
  • Valorable experiencia en iniciativas relacionadas con Inteligencia Artificial, Gobierno IT, Procesos o Transformación Organizativa.
  • Conocimientos de gestión de proyectos y metodologías de trabajo (Agile, Scrum, Kanban o similares).
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión y seguimiento como Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Planner, Project o equivalentes.
  • Capacidad para documentar requisitos, procesos y acuerdos de trabajo.
  • Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office
