¿Á quien buscamos?

Buscamos un/a Becario/a de M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) para incorporarse al equipo de Corporate Development & Acquisitions de knowmad mood. La posición estará ubicada en Madrid, con posibilidad de trabajo remoto, aunque será necesario acudir de forma puntual a nuestra oficina de Las Rosas para reuniones y actividades presenciales del equipo.

IMPORTANTE Es Imprescindible estar cursando estudios universitarios o de máster en ADE, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería o titulaciones afines.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Formarás parte del equipo responsable de analizar y ejecutar oportunidades de crecimiento inorgánico de la compañía, participando en operaciones reales de adquisición y estrategia corporativa.

¿Qué necesitas saber?

  • IMPRESCINDIBLE: Estar cursando estudios universitarios o de máster en ADE, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería o titulaciones afines.
  • Poder firmar convenio de prácticas con tu universidad, escuela de negocios o centro de formación.
  • Interés por las áreas de M&A, Corporate Finance, Estrategia Corporativa o Inversión.
  • Valorable conocimiento de análisis financiero, valoración de empresas y modelización financiera.
  • Conocimientos de Herramientas de IA aplicada al rol.
  • Nivel B2 o superior de inglés.
  • Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico y exigente.
  • Proactividad, curiosidad y motivación para participar en proyectos estratégicos de alto impacto.

Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:

  • Dar soporte al equipo en procesos de adquisición (buy-side) para una compañía tecnológica y de consultoría cotizada.
  • Analizar empresas objetivo del sector IT y consultoría tecnológica en Europa y Latinoamérica.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de valoraciones financieras y análisis de escenarios para potenciales adquisiciones.
  • Realizar estudios de mercado, análisis sectoriales y benchmarking de compañías.
  • Participar en la preparación de informes, presentaciones y documentación para la evaluación de oportunidades de inversión.
  • Asistir a reuniones y llamadas con CEOs, fundadores y equipos directivos de empresas objetivo.
  • Apoyar el seguimiento y coordinación de operaciones corporativas en curso.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas estratégicas relacionadas con el crecimiento y desarrollo corporativo de la compañía.
