¿Te interesa construir una plataforma de IA desde cero que vaya a transformar la forma en la que desarrolla software una compañía líder?

Buscamos un/a Líder Técnico de IA que participe en la construcción de una plataforma de agentes de Inteligencia Artificial diseñada para ayudar a los equipos tecnológicos a trabajar de forma más eficiente, homogénea y alineada con los estándares de importante empresa cliente.

No buscamos únicamente un experto técnico. Queremos incorporar una persona capaz de combinar arquitectura, liderazgo, metodología y evangelización tecnológica para convertirse en un referente dentro de la organización.

Tareas:

Serás una de las figuras clave en la definición y construcción de dicha plataforma, colaborando tanto en el diseño tecnológico de la plataforma como en la adopción de nuevas formas de trabajo apoyadas por IA dentro de los equipos de desarrollo.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  • Definir y evolucionar arquitecturas basadas en agentes de IA.
  • Participar en el diseño de una plataforma corporativa de inteligencia artificial.
  • Establecer buenas prácticas, estándares y mecanismos de gobierno de IA.
  • Definir guardrails para el uso seguro y responsable de soluciones basadas en IA.
  • Acompañar a los equipos de desarrollo en la adopción del nuevo modelo operativo.
  • Impulsar metodologías orientadas a calidad, testing, entrega continua y desarrollo asistido por IA.
  • Actuar como referente técnico y evangelizador dentro de la organización.
  • Conectar la visión tecnológica con las necesidades reales del negocio.

Para hacer match...

  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas tecnológicas complejas.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas de IA generativa y sistemas basados en agentes.
  • Experiencia con ecosistema Microsoft: Microsoft Copilot Azure AI Services Azure OpenAI
  • Conocimiento de integración de datos y fuentes de conocimiento corporativas.
  • Familiaridad con MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Experiencia en diseño de plataformas, arquitecturas escalables e integración de servicios.
  • Conocimiento de prácticas de gobierno, seguridad y adopción de IA.
