Buscamos Operadores de Sistemas IT para incorporarse a un equipo responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de plataformas e infraestructuras empresariales críticas, participando en la monitorización, gestión de incidencias y ejecución de procedimientos operativos en un entorno 24x7.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Formarás parte del equipo de Operaciones IT encargado de asegurar la disponibilidad y continuidad de los sistemas mediante tareas de monitorización, soporte técnico, gestión de incidencias y operación de Data Center

Funciones principales

✅ Monitorización de sistemas e infraestructuras críticas.

✅ Gestión y seguimiento de alertas e incidencias.

✅ Soporte a entornos IBM i (AS400), AIX y plataformas Open.

✅ Ejecución de procedimientos de backup y restauración.

✅ Gestión de peticiones de servicio y soporte técnico.

✅ Coordinación con equipos de infraestructura y proveedores tecnológicos.

✅ Soporte operativo en Data Center.

✅ Ejecución de tareas periódicas de explotación y mantenimiento.

✅ Gestión de usuarios y accesos.

✅ Participación en procedimientos de continuidad de negocio y recuperación ante desastres (DRP/BCP)

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación Profesional de Grado Superior en Informática, Sistemas o similar.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en operación de sistemas o infraestructuras críticas.
  • Experiencia en monitorización de sistemas y gestión de incidencias.
  • Conocimientos de entornos Data Center.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de ticketing y operación IT.
  • Valorable experiencia en IBM i (AS400), AIX, TSM, Data Protector o herramientas de monitorización.
  • Conocimientos de ITIL serán un plus.
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B1 (valorable B2).
