🧩 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Buscamos un/a profesional senior en ciberseguridad para coordinar y supervisar las actividades de pruebas de penetración (pentesting) en distintos entornos tecnológicos.

Serás responsable de asegurar que los servicios de pruebas se planifican, ejecutan y reportan correctamente, contribuyendo a la mejora continua de la postura de seguridad de la organización.

🎯 Funciones principales

  • Planificar y coordinar las actividades de pruebas de penetración en: Redes, Infraestructura, Aplicaciones y Entornos cloud.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de pruebas realizadas por equipos internos y proveedores externos.
  • Analizar y consolidar los hallazgos de seguridad, asegurando la calidad de los informes.
  • Elaborar reportes de vulnerabilidades y recomendaciones de remediación.
  • Hacer seguimiento del progreso, KPIs y estado de las actividades.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares y buenas prácticas de seguridad.
  • Actuar como punto de contacto entre stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.
  • Impulsar mejoras continuas en los procesos de pentesting.

🧠 Qué buscamos

✅ Experiencia y conocimientos

  • +5 años de experiencia en ciberseguridad.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de penetración (pentesting) o seguridad ofensiva.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos o servicios de seguridad.
  • Conocimientos en: Seguridad de aplicaciones (OWASP). Seguridad de redes e infraestructuras. Gestión de vulnerabilidades y riesgos.
  • Experiencia en entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP o similar).
  • Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders y proveedores.

  • Capacidad de coordinación y visión global.
  • Comunicación clara con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
  • Gestión de múltiples iniciativas simultáneas.

  • Inglés alto - Minimo C1 (entorno internacional).
