Senior Cybersecurity Incident Responder 📍 Híbrido: 2 días presencial | knowmad mood

En knowmad mood seguimos creciendo y buscamos a una persona apasionada por la ciberseguridad, con experiencia sólida en respuesta a incidentes, análisis de vulnerabilidades y toma de decisiones en entornos críticos. ¿Cuál será tu día a día?

Entre tus responsabilidades estarán:

  • Monitorear y analizar alertas provenientes de diversas fuentes y determinar su impacto potencial. • Responder a incidentes de ciberseguridad, ejecutar esfuerzos de mitigación y participar en revisiones posteriores al incidente. • Realizar evaluaciones de amenazas y vulnerabilidades, y gestionar los esfuerzos de remediación. • Identificar, analizar y resolver tickets de vulnerabilidades de manera oportuna. • Desarrollar e implementar medidas de seguridad para proteger los sistemas de información y los datos. • Colaborar con otros equipos de TI para garantizar la seguridad de las redes y los sistemas de información. • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias actuales de ciberseguridad, amenazas y contramedidas.

¿Qué buscamos?

Una persona con pensamiento crítico, autonomía y amplia experiencia en entornos de ciberseguridad defensiva. Valoramos:

Experiencia y conocimientos técnicos

  • Experiencia profesional de 3 a 5 años en respuesta a incidentes y análisis de vulnerabilidades.
  • Conocimiento sólido de sistemas operativos Linux y Windows y de protocolos de red.
  • Entendimiento profundo de exploits comunes, ataques de red, protocolos web, phishing y malware.
  • Experiencia con tecnologías de seguridad: EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, proxies y herramientas de análisis de logs.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en gestión de incidentes de seguridad, incluidos: APT, brechas de datos, movimiento lateral, escalación de privilegios.

Capacidades clave

  • Toma de decisiones autónoma en situaciones técnicas críticas.
  • Habilidad para traducir hallazgos técnicos en informes ejecutivos claros y orientados a cumplimiento normativo.
  • Capacidad para liderar investigaciones complejas y coordinar equipos durante incidentes.

  • Modelo de trabajo en híbrido 🏡. 2 días presencial en Sant Cugat
  • Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h
  • Vacaciones 🌴: 22 días de vacaciones + 2 días de libre disposición, además de los días 24 y 31 de diciembre libres.
