💡 ¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos incorporar un/a Soporte Cloud GCP con experiencia en entornos cloud y un nivel de inglés B2, para formar parte de un equipo internacional dando soporte a una plataforma global.

✅ Funciones principales

  • Gestión y ejecución de operaciones en entornos Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Atención y seguimiento de incidencias y peticiones a través de ServiceNow y Jira.
  • Uso de documentación técnica y procedimientos operativos en Confluence.
  • Creación y administración de usuarios, proyectos y permisos en Google Cloud Platform.
  • Gestión de accesos y permisos en herramientas corporativas.
  • Administración de usuarios en GitHub y otras plataformas tecnológicas.
  • Gestión y provisión de accesos VPN.
  • Registro y documentación de cambios realizados en las plataformas.
  • Soporte a procesos relacionados con entornos ITSM, DevOps y herramientas colaborativas.

🎯 Requisitos

  • Experiencia en soporte y operaciones en entornos Cloud, preferiblemente GCP.
  • Conocimientos de ServiceNow, Jira y Confluence.
  • Experiencia en administración de usuarios, permisos y accesos.
  • Conocimientos de GitHub.
  • Nivel de inglés B2 para trabajar en un entorno internacional.

  • Modelo de trabajo Híbrido - 2 días en remoto🏡.
  • Horario flexible ⏰: horario flexible entrada 8.30h salida 18h con viernes intensivo de 8h a 15h y en verano (julio y agosto) intensivo de 8h a 15h
