En knowmad mood seguimos creciendo y queremos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Soporte L1 para formar parte de un equipo internacional que da soporte a una plataforma global de referencia.

Formarás parte del equipo de soporte, gestionando incidencias y peticiones técnicas en un entorno internacional, colaborando con diferentes áreas para garantizar la continuidad y calidad del servicio.

✅ ¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos una persona con ganas de aprender, orientación al cliente y experiencia en soporte técnico de primer nivel.

Requisitos: ✔ Experiencia o conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y Linux/Unix. ✔ Manejo de herramientas de ticketing como Jira. ✔ Conocimientos básicos de redes y comunicaciones: DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP y correo electrónico. ✔ Conocimientos de Microsoft 365 (O365). ✔ Conocimientos básicos de plataformas Cloud como AWS y Azure. ✔ Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noche.

  • Modelo de trabajo: Presencial 100% en Palma de Mallorca🏡.
  • Horario turnos ⏰: 08:00 - 20:00
