The posting

Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Certified Salesforce Admin) Location: Hyderabad (4+ hours overlap with US Eastern Time required) About Koantek Koantek is a Databricks-exclusive systems integrator helping enterprises and high-growth companies modernize their data platforms and put AI into production. We're backed by Databricks Ventures and have been named a Databricks Partner of the Year multiple times, working across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and digital-native businesses. Salesforce is our system of record for pipeline, bookings, and forecast — and it needs to keep pace with how fast we're growing. This role’s primary focus is supporting its rebuild into a platform the business trusts and runs on. The role As Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you are the hands-on administrator of Koantek’s Salesforce org. The Director of Revenue Operations sets the strategy; you support turning it into design and build — data model, automation, integrations, and the reporting the executive team uses to run the business. This is a builder's role as we have a significant set of changes ahead. You'll take a business requirement, challenge it where it doesn't hold up, recommend the right technical approach, and own it — documented, tested, and adopted. Success is measured in data the sales team trusts and reports leadership doesn't have to second-guess. What you'll do Partner with the Director of RevOps to translate strategy into technical design: scope requirements, recommend the right solution, and build it Redesign and clean up the data model — objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and picklists — retiring what's unused and standardizing what's left Own data quality: deduplication, validation rules, required fields, and recurring hygiene audits so pipeline data is right the first time Build and maintain automation in Flow — stage gates, approval processes, assignment and routing rules, alerts — and migrate any legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder Build and maintain standardizing the forecasting and reporting layer: pipeline, forecast, bookings, conversion, and win/loss reports and dashboards for sales leadership and the executive team Support reporting on core metrics — pipeline coverage, stage conversion, velocity, win rate, ACV/TCV — so every report tells the same story Manage integrations between Salesforce, Apollo and the rest of the GTM stack, including field mapping, sync rules, troubleshooting Run release management: sandboxes, testing, deployments, release notes, and a prioritized backlog Own users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules; keep the org secure and audit-ready Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features (including Einstein and Agentforce) where they solve a real problem What we're looking for Required 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, primarily Sales Cloud, in a B2B environment Salesforce Certified Administrator Proven track record leading a large-scale org redesign or cleanup — data model, automation, and data migration — not only day-to-day support Expert in Flow; strong with validation rules, approval processes, and the Salesforce security and sharing model Advanced skills building Salesforce reports and dashboards Comfort with SOQL, Data Loader, and bulk data operations Experience integrating Salesforce with sales engagement and prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) and other GTM systems Able to take a strategy-level ask, ask the right questions, and turn it into a technical spec and build plan with minimal direction Clear written communicator who documents what they build Nice to have Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications Experience at a systems integrator, consultancy, or professional services firm (SOW-based deals, resourcing, delivery handoff) CRM Analytics or Tableau, or experience moving Salesforce data into Databricks or another data warehouse for analysis Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
