Was dich erwartet.

Als Manager IT Organization & Performance (m/w/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung für eigene Projekte und gestaltest aktiv den Ausbau unseres Competence Centers mit. Du arbeitest direkt mit CIOs und deren Führungsteams zusammen und bringst strategisches Denken mit pragmatischer Umsetzung in Einklang.

So sieht dein Alltag aus:

  • Eigenständige Leitung kleinerer Projekte im Bereich Organisation & Performance
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT Operating Models (ITOM)
  • Gestaltung von Sourcing-Strategien und Providersteuerung
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Governance-Strukturen
  • Identifikation und Realisierung von Effizienzpotenzialen in IT-Organisationen
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit CIOs und Führungskräften auf oberer Managementebene
  • Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Top-Managementberatung oder in einem vergleichbarem Umfeld
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von IT, Organisation und deren Zusammenspiel
  • Erste Projektleitungsverantwortung und nachweisbare Umsetzungserfolge
  • Erfahrung in mindestens einem der folgenden Themen: IT Operating Model, Sourcing, IT Cost Optimization, Governance
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hoher Eigenantrieb und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit Senior Stakeholdern (CIO-Level und darunter)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
