Was dich erwartet.

Als Manager Security & Resilience (m/w/d) berätst du das Top Management unserer Kund:innen ganzheitlich in den Bereichen Informationssicherheit, IT- und OT-Sicherheit, IT-Compliance, Kontinuitätsmanagement und Krisenmanagement. Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung dieses Themenfelds bei kobaltblau und bringst strategisches Denken mit pragmatischer Umsetzung in Einklang. So sieht dein Alltag aus:

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheits- und Resilienzstrategien sowie Definition von Zielbildern, Governance-Strukturen und Compliance-Ansätzen
  • Durchführung von Gap-Analysen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen sowie Konzeption und Implementierung technischer und organisatorischer Sicherheitslösungen
  • Begleitung von Transformations- und Umsetzungsinitiativen
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Trainings und Management-Briefings sowie Aufbau und Skalierung von Security- und Resilience-Knowhow innerhalb von kobaltblau
  • Entwicklung neuer Geschäftspotenziale sowie Ausbau deines Netzwerks auf Managementebene

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) mit wirtschaftlicher, technischer oder informationstechnologischer Ausrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-, Security- oder Managementberatung oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit Fokus auf Informationssicherheit, Resilienz oder IT-Compliance
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Security-, Resilience- oder GRC-Themen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und Frameworks wie ISO 27001, ISO 22301, BSI IT-Grundschutz oder NIST
  • Souveränes und strukturiertes Auftreten im Austausch mit Management, IT und Fachbereichen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit strategischem Denkvermögen und pragmatischer Umsetzung
  • Interesse an technologischen Entwicklungen wie Cloud und künstlicher Intelligenz sowie deren Auswirkungen auf Security und Resilienz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
