What You’ll Do
Perform MIG welding on doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components Complete tack welding, grinding, and finishing work Rotate across Cell 5 welding positions (welding, tacking, stud, and bung welding) Read and interpret blueprints and part lists for accurate fabrication Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements Operate shop tools safely and efficiently Follow all PPE and safety requirements Meet production goals and attendance expectations
What You Bring
Minimum 6 months MIG welding experience or trade school training Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Dependability and consistent attendance Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for full shifts Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Use hands, arms, and vision (close, distance, depth perception) to complete tasks
