Shipping & Receiving Clerk EnSight Solutions - Likwifier Division | Kansas City, MO  Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 Do you have warehouse, inventory, and shipping experience in a manufacturing environment? EnSight Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help keep materials moving efficiently through our operations team. If you're organized, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production operations. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process shipments using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods Create bills of lading and verify shipments against work orders Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure accuracy Sort, package, label, and track inventory and shipments Deliver materials to production teams and designated project locations Investigate shipment discrepancies and track proof of delivery when needed Support warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts Maintain shipping and receiving records within the ERP system Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (as trained)

What We're Looking For Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred 3-5 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience using ERP systems such as SyteLine preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to work effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and safely perform physical tasks required for shipping and receiving functions
