About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced, AI-forward Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce environment. This hands-on role will focus on leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive smarter decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration expertise with a passion for AI-powered solutions and a proactive approach to solving business challenges.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Flows, automations, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, improve productivity, and enhance data insights.
  • Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein, and other emerging technologies.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Manage data integrity, security, user permissions, and third-party integrations.
  • Evaluate new AI tools and technologies to drive operational improvements and measurable business value.
  • Support user adoption, training, and Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, automation, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
  • Experience implementing business process improvements through automation.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, generative AI, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and CRM data architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across technical and business teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or AI-powered workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration tools.
  • Fintech, financial services, payments, or SaaS industry experience is a plus.

Additional Information

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $130,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
