Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to lead new business growth and secure crane service agreements across SA. This is your opportunity to own your territory, build a high-value pipeline, and close deals with the backing of full CRM support and a global brand.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Win new business by securing long-term service agreements
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle using CRM tools
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Build strong, lasting relationships through regular client engagement
  • Travel locally to stay connected with your market

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a new business development role
  • Current and valid driver's licence essential
  • Knowledge and interest in selling service-based agreements
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards in relation to overhead cranes/ hoists an advantage
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets
  • Demonstrated ability to work with CRM and other computer programs including but Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior communication, customer service and relationship building skills
  • Highly organised and take a methodical approach to sales
