Koniag Services, Inc, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a FSO Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KSI and our government customer in Linthicum, MD. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.      Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits and tuition reimbursement.   Koniag Government Services is seeking a contingent FSO Manager for the DC3 TABO S&F Support program. The position supports security task leadership, personnel clearance processing, physical security, SCIF operations, industrial and information security, OPSEC, CUI, COOP, surveys, and corrective action tracking. The FSO Manager will coordinate security operations and compliance support needed to maintain cleared workforce readiness and secure DC3 mission execution. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage assigned security support activities, including personnel clearance coordination, visitor/access control, physical security, and SCIF-related support. Support industrial, information, personnel, OPSEC, CUI, and COOP security workflows and documentation. Coordinate NBIS, DISS, clearance, badging, and access-related actions with security stakeholders as applicable. Support security surveys, vulnerability assessments, corrective action tracking, and compliance reporting. Advise program leadership on clearance dependencies, access risks, security documentation gaps, and staffing impacts. Support DD254, FCL, CMMC/SPRS, NIST 800-171, and other contract security readiness activities as assigned. Maintain clear status, action, risk, and deliverable records that support the DC3 S&F program management cadence and COR visibility. Coordinate with the Program Manager, directorate stakeholders, security staff, and recruiting/backfill teams to protect continuity during transition, leave, and vacancy events.

  Education and Experience: Required:

Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, cybersecurity, business, public administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent industrial security experience. 8+ years of experience supporting DoD or federal security operations, industrial security, personnel security, physical security, or SCIF support. Experience with clearance processing, access control, security documentation, incident escalation, and compliance reporting. Experience operating in a cleared facility or mission environment requiring disciplined security controls.

  Desired:

FSO, CDSE, ISP, security management, or related security certification. Experience supporting DC3, Air Force, DoD cyber, law enforcement, or defense security missions. Experience with DD254 review, FCL readiness, CMMC/SPRS coordination, or NIST 800-171 support.

  Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI security clearance

  Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of personnel, physical, industrial, information, OPSEC, CUI, and facility security practices. Ability to coordinate clearance and access dependencies without disrupting contract staffing or mission support. Ability to maintain accurate security records, corrective action trackers, and compliance evidence. Sound judgment when handling classified, controlled, personnel, and security-sensitive information. Strong communication skills with program leadership, Government security stakeholders, recruiting, HR, and subcontractor partners. Ability to support on-site Government security functions during normal DC3 business hours.

  Desired Skills and Competencies:

Familiarity with DISS, NBIS, eMASS or security repository workflows relevant to the assigned environment. Ability to improve security process controls while preserving customer procedures and authority. Experience supporting COOP, surveys, security vulnerability assessments, and POA&M-style corrective actions. Comfort advising on security implications of staffing, transition, telework, and subcontractor support.
