Koniag Services, Inc, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KSI and our government customer in Linthicum, MD. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. Koniag Government Services is seeking a contingent Inventory Management Specialist for the DC3 TABO S&F Support program. The position supports logistics, material accountability, inventory records, facility readiness, and audit-ready asset management for DC3 operations. The Inventory Management Specialist will maintain accurate inventory and logistics records and help ensure DC3 material, equipment, and facility-support activities remain controlled and traceable. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintain inventory records, asset tracking logs, material accountability documentation, and related logistics status inputs. Support receiving, issue, transfer, reconciliation, and disposition activities consistent with customer procedures. Coordinate facility readiness, supply support, logistics requests, and asset questions with program and customer stakeholders. Prepare inventory reports, discrepancy documentation, corrective-action inputs, and audit-support materials. Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent asset data and drive timely resolution. Support transition-in inventory validation and continuity of logistics records. Maintain clear status, action, risk, and deliverable records that support the DC3 S&F program management cadence and COR visibility. Coordinate with the Program Manager, directorate stakeholders, security staff, and recruiting/backfill teams to protect continuity during transition, leave, and vacancy events.
Education and Experience: Required:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent logistics and inventory management experience. 5+ years of experience supporting inventory management, logistics, property accountability, facility support, or material control. Experience maintaining accurate asset records, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting audit-ready documentation. Experience working in a secure Government or DoD environment.
Desired:
Experience with DC3, Air Force, DoD, cyber, law enforcement, or secure facility logistics. Experience supporting SCIF, controlled access, or sensitive equipment environments. Relevant logistics, property management, supply chain, or facilities certification.
Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI security clearance
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and disciplined recordkeeping for inventory, asset, and logistics data. Ability to follow Government procedures for accountability, movement, reconciliation, and reporting. Proficiency with inventory trackers, spreadsheets, repositories, and routine logistics reporting. Ability to coordinate with program staff, security personnel, facilities teams, and customer points of contact. Sound judgment when handling sensitive locations, equipment, records, and access-controlled activities. Ability to support on-site work at the Government location during normal DC3 business hours.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of asset management practices in cleared or high-control environments. Ability to identify process improvements that reduce inventory discrepancies and late reporting. Experience supporting transition inventory baselines and property handoff activities. Familiarity with QASP, deliverable tracking, and corrective action records.
