Als accountmanager DACH bouw je aan sterke klantrelaties en commerciële groei in Duitsland, Oostenrijk en Zwitserland. Je werkt voor onze klant OBI en krijgt de ruimte om kansen te signaleren, klanten verder te ontwikkelen en mee te bouwen aan onze positie in de DACH-regio.

JOUW ROL ALS ACCOUNTMANAGER DACH

Je bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor OBI en verantwoordelijk voor deze belangrijke relatie en de commerciële resultaten. Je kent de klant, volgt de markt en vertaalt ontwikkelingen samen met collega’s naar kansen, concrete accountplannen en resultaat.

Wat je onder andere gaat doen:

• Je bouwt aan sterke klantrelaties en ontwikkelt deze op verschillende niveaus binnen de klantorganisatie.

• Je signaleert marktontwikkelingen en vertaalt kansen en commerciële doelen voor jouw OBI-categorie en toekomstige DACH-klanten naar accountplannen. Vervolgens bewaak je ook de uitvoering.

• Je stuurt op omzet, marge, assortiment, beschikbaarheid en andere commerciële KPI’s.

• Je voert zelfstandig klant- en jaargesprekken en onderhandelt over prijzen, condities en commerciële afspraken.

• Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen Inkoop, Inside Sales, Supply Chain en Category Management en zorgt voor gezamenlijke commerciële focus.

JIJ BRENGT MEE

Je bent een ervaren accountmanager die kansen ziet en verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je bent analytisch sterk en combineert je commerciële scherpte met een sterke relatiegerichte aanpak. Zo weet je klanten én collega’s te verrassen met nieuwe ideeën en mee te krijgen in je plannen. Je denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en houdt koers, ook wanneer belangen uiteenlopen of de praktijk anders loopt dan verwacht.

Wat wij belangrijk vinden:

• HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur een commerciële richting)

• Ruime ervaring in accountmanagement of een vergelijkbare commerciële rol in de groensector of retail.

• Je hebt ervaring met complexe, internationale klantorganisaties. Ervaring in de DACH-markt is een pré.

• Bereidheid om regelmatig de DACH-regio te bezoeken.

• Zeer goede beheersing van de Duitse taal (native tot onderhandelingszeker) en kennis van de Duitse markt en cultuur.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

• Plantenkennis en/of ervaring in de groensector is een pré.

• Salaris tussen de €4.000 en € 6.000 bruto per maand*, afhankelijk van je ervaring.

• Leaseauto (elektrisch).

• 26 vakantiedagen* met de mogelijkheid om bij te kopen.

• Opleidingen via Plantify Academy en onbeperkt toegang tot online trainingen (GoodHabitz).
