Een goed commercieel proces begint met informatie die klopt. Als medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst zorg jij dat product-, prijs- en leveranciersinformatie compleet en actueel is. Daarmee leg je de basis waarop collega’s van Inkoop, Sales, Planning en Logistiek verder werken, van aanbod aan de klant tot uiteindelijke levering.

JOUW ROL ALS MEDEWERKER COMMERCIËLE BINNENDIENST

Binnen de Commerciële Binnendienst zorgen we ervoor dat afspraken en informatie tussen leveranciers, klanten en onze interne organisatie goed worden verwerkt. Jouw focus ligt op de aanbodinformatie: de product-, prijs- en leveranciersgegevens die nodig zijn om onze klanten het juiste aanbod te kunnen doen. Fouten aan het begin werken door in het hele proces, dus jouw nauwkeurigheid maakt echt verschil.

Door de digitalisering komt steeds meer aanbodinformatie rechtstreeks binnen via koppelingen en systemen. Je werk verschuift daardoor van handmatig invoeren naar controleren, signaleren en verbeteren. Jij helpt mee om die nieuwe werkwijze verder vorm te geven.

Wat je onder andere gaat doen:

• Product-, prijs- en leveranciersinformatie verwerken en actueel houden.

• Controleren of aanbodinformatie volledig en correct is. Afwijkingen of ontbrekende gegevens signaleren, uitzoeken en oplossen.

• Contact onderhouden met leveranciers om informatie compleet en betrouwbaar te krijgen.

• Meedenken over verbeteringen in datakwaliteit en de verdere digitalisering van ons aanbod.

JIJ BRENGT MEE

Je werkt secuur, houdt van structuur en merkt het snel op als informatie niet klopt. Je neemt gegevens niet zomaar over, maar kijkt kritisch en zoekt uit wat er ontbreekt. Daarbij ben je behulpzaam, werk je graag samen en pak je makkelijk de telefoon als je iets bij een leverancier wilt navragen.

Wat wij belangrijk vinden:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau; een specifieke opleidingsrichting is niet nodig.

• Ervaring is welkom, maar niet vereist. Ook als starter nodigen we je uit om te reageren.

• Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands en Engels.

• Salaris tussen de € 3.033 en € 4.315 bruto per maand*, inschaling op basis van kennis en ervaring.

• Reiskostenvergoeding (€ 0,23 per km).

• 26 vakantiedagen* met de mogelijkheid om bij te kopen.
